Her teacher training combines the high standards of Asana practice of the Ashtanga Vinyasa System with the development of teaching skills necessary to introduce students to Yoga practice safely and effectively. Her Internationally recognized certification course is registered with the Yoga Alliance and surpasses their 200 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training standards. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic method of Yoga practice, which includes hundreds of yoga postures. The postures are linked by specific breath initiated movements. Ashtanga Yoga quickly increases strength and flexibility. It takes several years of dedicated practice to become an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. In order to teach Ashtanga Yoga effectively, it is necessary to have a strong practice of the over 70 yoga postures of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. The 200 and 500 hour Yoga Certification courses offered by Caroline Klebl, provide each participant with the opportunity to learn and practice the postures of the Primary Series. The 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training programs are taught as month long intensives, which include 4-5 hours of yoga posture practice 6 days a week. This Yoga Instructor Training program enables graduates of the program to introduce yoga posture practice to beginners. The 500 hour Yoga Certification, requires 10 weeks of training, which can be completed over the course of 3 training programs within one or two years. Graduates of the 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training program have the opportunity to improve their practice of the Primary Series throughout the training programs as well as during the time in between the courses. Beginners are welcome to attend the 200 hour Certification program and encouraged to complete the 500 hour program.
