When you look in a mirror you see a reflection of yourself on the outside. When you look at the outside of your life you will see a reflection of what you think on the inside. I always say, “Show me someone’s life and I’ll tell you what they think.”

Whether you are aware of it or not you are continually creating what you attract into your world by your “thinking habits.” Most of us aren’t in tune with what goes on inside our minds because it goes on in your subconscious mind. Just like breathing; you don’t have to think about it or worry about whether you are going to take your next breath, it just happens.

It’s these unconscious patterns of thinking and old worn out beliefs about who you are, where you’re going, what your life is all about and all of your thoughts about everyone and everything that eventually manifests into your reality.

The fact that you are thinking on autopilot and you never reprogram your flight plan is typically why you continue to take the same course and drive yourself to the same destination.

Regardless of what your circumstances are whether you’re rich, poor, happy, sad, fat, thin, lonely or fulfilled, anxiety ridden or at peace; if you tap into your control tower you might see it’s you that determines where you end up.

If you could place a mini recorder on your shoulder and every word spoken in one 24 hour period was played back to you at the end of the day, you might be shocked or embarrassed at the words you use to get through your day. Then, if you could add your unconscious thoughts to it, well, no wonder some people end up where they are in life.

When you grasp the concept that what you focus your mind on and what thoughts you entertain on a consistent and ongoing basis have a tremendous impact on how you live your life on ALL levels, you might want to tap into what frequency you’re on and then decide if you like where you are or if you’d rather change paths.

If you don’t grasp the concept that you have the power to change your life and that what you think about you will attract; you will simply stay on course and keep getting what you got.

You can’t stop thinking but you can choose what you are going to think about. You can make a new flight plan and when you stick to it the direction you take your life in will be worth the effort in learning new thinking patterns.

Remember, your life is a reflection of the inside out. How you live tomorrow is created by what you think today!
