The direction for use of SlimQuick varies from week to week. First serving should be taken with breakfast and next serving should be taken with meal six to seven hours after the breakfast. The first week dose should be of one tablet per serving. Second and third week contains two and three tablets per servings respectively. From third week onwards, three tablets per servings can be used. However, this recommendation is for normal use. Depending on your body, your dose can vary. In a clinical study, normal 1350 calorie diet was given to overweight women. But the tests done were using the ingredients in SlimQuick and not the weight loss supplements. Also there is no information on what was the proportion of ingredients given or number of times these were taken by those women.
